Stephen Allan serves as our Chief Operations & Finance Officer, leading our financial strategy and business operations to drive sustainable growth. He joined the company in 2025, bringing over 25 years of experience from Berry Global, where he held various senior roles across Finance and Operational Excellence, working both in the UK and internationally

Outside of work, Stephen is deeply engaged in the Scouting movement, contributing both locally and internationally to community projects. both locally and leading community projects internationally. He is passionate about delivering the Skills for Life programme to inspire and empower members of all ages.
