Our Team

Stephen Allan serves as our Vice President of Finance, leading the development and execution of financial strategies that drive sustainable growth. He joined the company in 2025, bringing over 25 years of experience from Berry Global, where he held various senior roles in Finance and Operational Excellence working across the UK and internationally.

Outside of work, Stephen is deeply engaged in the Scouting movement both locally and leading community projects internationally, where he is passionate about delivering the Skills for Life programme to inspire and empower members of all ages.
