Jeremy Simpson

Non-Executive Director

Jeremy joined Megger in 2020 and as Chief Financial Officer, is responsible for all financial and IT matters, as well as all commercial and HR operations of the Group.  Jeremy is a Chartered Accountant of almost 30 years’ standing and was previously CFO of two public companies, Carpetright plc and Sureserve Group plc, leading the public listing of the latter in 2015. 

Jeremy previously held senior financial roles with Shanks Group plc, Avery Dennison Inc. and Smiths Group plc..  In his personal life, Jeremy is Chair of the health and wellbeing charity, the Jubilee Hall Trust and has competed for the GB Age Group team in long distance triathlons.
