Our Team

Duncan is the Chief of Staff in the senior leadership team.  He works to drive efficiencies and leads on our company’s Professional Development and Talent Acquisition whilst allowing the Senior Leadership Team to focus their industrial and academic expertise on our strategic business objectives. 

Duncan joined the company after serving 12 years in the British Army, with Operational deployments to Afghanistan, Iraq, and the wider world. As a former Infantry and Special Forces officer, he aims to spearhead transformational change, navigate complex business dynamics, whilst growing a network of Chiefs of Staff across the energy sector.
